Hotels can be booked separately, and golf tours arranged once you arrive in Samui if preferred. Choose from our exclusive range of partner hotels, all personally selected to accommodate all tastes and budgets.

Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice with a link to our online payment system or Bank Details for payment by bank transfer.
Golf Only Bookings
• No advance payment is required to secure your (Golf Only Booking) unlike other websites. Just choose your preferred golf days, you will still receive Discounted Golf Rates .Please Confirm Your Arrival & Departure Date to Samui (Tee times then will be confirmed & emailed to you).
If the customer decides to pay in full, Golf Coupons for the respective Golf courses will be issued with a detailed itinerary of your Golf Holiday.
• For cancellations made more than 1 day before your tee-off reservation
We will try to move tee time to another day or if the customer has paid in full then 80% of the total fee paid will be returned excluding any extra bank charges.
• For cancellations less than 24 hrs before your tee-off reservation or no show.
We will try to move tee time to another day. If the customer has paid in full, the customer will be refunded 80% of the total fee paid,excluding any extra bank charges.
The customer will be required to pay a 50 % penalty fee for a no show.
Group Golf Package Bookings and Tours
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send details of Payment options, Terms & Conditions and Cancellation and Refunds
Once the total payment is received Golf Coupons for the respective Golf courses will be issued and a detailed itinerary of the golf tour will be e-mailed to the tour group leader.
Tour & Golf Packages (including Hotel Accommodation)
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you an invoice with a link to our online payment system or our Bank Details for payment by bank transfer.
We accept any credit card accepted by PAYPAL.
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required once your booking has been confirmed.
• The outstanding balance of 70% is required 30 days before your arrival payable by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
• Once the total payment is received Golf Coupons for the respective Golf courses and Hotel Accommodation will be issued along with a detailed itinerary of your Golf/Tour Package Holiday.
Cancellations & Refunds
• For cancellations made more than 30 days before your arrival date. We will refund 75% of your paid deposit.
• For cancellations made more than 15 days before your arrival date. We will refund 60% of your total payment.
• For cancellations less than 15 days before your arrival date or no show. No refund will be made.
Group Golf Package Bookings and Tours
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send details of Payment options, Terms & Conditions and Cancellation and Refunds
Once the total payment is received Golf & Hotel Coupons will be issued along with a detailed itinerary of your Tour & Golf Package Holiday.
Refunds
All refunds will be paid via Bank Transfer. Credit card & Administration Fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount
Travel Insurance
We recommend that all our clients have a fully comprehensive travel insurance policy before commencing their holiday.
The travel insurance policy is the responsibility of the client and should cover all your particular needs including, loss of deposit and other payments due to cancellation, damage and loss of luggage,Golf Equipment, money, hotel accommodation, medical expenses due to illness, accidents or other insurable activities and repatriation costs.
